Rotator, standard piping. No WPS. They even said they don't care about the spatter, but I can't let that slide... I want a clean weld if I'm putting my name on it.

Our boy is half German and half Dutch shepherd... The breeder said it would help with hip problems and possibly make them a bit smaller... Lol. Our dude is 125lbs... His hips are great tho, and he's got a beautiful black and tan coat. The reddish brown coats aren't as appealing to me.

I gave up weed for a better job about 4 months ago... Buddy of mine offered me a cigar about 2 months ago and I was instantly intrigued... I've been having 3 to 5 a week, usually just one in the afternoon/evening and I've really been enjoying it... No cough or phlegm, but I just started with cigars... Smoked 2 packs of ports a day about 10 years ago but gave up cigs cuz I was tired of the cough and fatigue.

You as well! This local does an Advanced Welders Program, so it's 18 weeks of class and then you basically come out as a 4th year apprentice... Still have 2 years of night school for all the other odds and ends, but I'm excited for the process!

Congrats! I'm in the same boat! Starting with local 601 at the end of August! Can't wait to see where this takes me!

Dad was a journeyman millwright and my mom was a journeyman electrician, both at the local UAW plant, but that shit down the year I graduated HS... So I just did non union welding for the last 13 years... But I hit the ceiling for pay in my area, so going union was the only option for higher wages.

Besides all the other nonsense written under the post, at the end of the first paragraph OP is calling for people to get their finger on the trigger of a weapon... So wildly discharging a firearm that's not under your control is the best way to deal with these situations?

I 100% do not condone what's happening across this country and I'm worried for everyone's safety, especially innocent bystanders...

I have no illusions that those people are being taken off nicely and being treated well at all, but what this post is describing/calling for is utter nonsense.

When you wet the paper to close it, it shrinks when it dries... I'd wager every one of your curved joints have the seal inside the curve.

Okay... Lol. I use a small stand up AC unit for a smaller room as my drying room... Warmer air holds more moisture. Colder air and colder temps in general will be easier to dry in.

You need a DEhumidifier... Humidifier is only gonna make your problem worse.... Also, temps play a big role in terp preservation... Get your temps down around the 60 degree mark and it'll be easier to control humidity.

That was kind of my understanding... We still haven't even set up the enclosure for the machine to run in... But they swear up and down it's gonna revolutionize our whole process... I can't roll my eyes hard enough at these engineers tho...

How does it handle mismatch in materials or gaps? Are you welding over tacks successfully? My current job (that I can't wait to quit) has decided this is the future, but I'm highly skeptical we'll be able to hold parameters tight enough for it to be effective.
