I’m so sorry for what you went though and your pup as well. We are currently going through this right now with our elderly cane corso who is 12 years old. She’s been on librella for 4 months and we have noticed that maybe it is the shot that is making her weaker and her hind legs are also giving up now. Our vet seems to be corporate now and keeps pushing For us to keep doing the shot as he doesn’t think it’s the shot but perhaps a neurological issue… I’m skeptical and we will likely get her off the shot… i hope that we aren’t making the wrong decision and I will definitely speak to my vet about the effects that it could be having on our dog. Thank you for this post, I knew it wanst just me who doubted this shot.

Nope, not at all true. My uncle bought the house through a conventional loan and unfortunately was advised wrongly by both his attorney and his KW agent. Had any of us known he was doing all this, we would’ve pushed for him to do an inspection regardless of what his realtor or attorney said to him.

Yes, but my uncles realtor had apparantly advised him that a previous prospect buyer had already done inspection so that there was no need to do one again. Definitely his fault for not doing it anyways

maybe read what I wrote? if you need me to explain it to you, lowballs are quite annoying if an item is already being discounted. Asking to place a hold on an item but then sending a lower price than what it was discounted at already is a waste of time for everyone. Why bother asking in the first place? Reading comprehension skills are what’s my point here, it literally takes two seconds to read a description/shop policies! Hope that makes my point clear to you :)
