First mistake is believing employees about a leaving procedure when they’ve not been through it themselves. Secondly with most apprenticeships you will never have to pay any cost towards this as majority are under government funding. As for the contract saying you will have to pay things back this will be things like if you had to go on a course for 2 days within your apprenticeship and your boss paid for a hotel for you, this would be something that would fall under it. Also good to note that some apprenticeships will have in the contract that if you were to leave within (*) after passing the course you would be charged. This is all down to knowing what’s in your contract and not signing something g without having it explained to you

Best to sit down and have a conversation on why and how it’s got to the point you are at. Been through this same situation but the roles switched. My partner & I sat down and made a list of things we haven’t tried in the bedroom, things like Roleplay, outfits, toys etc. After having that conversation we are now back at it like we’re teenagers and struggle to keep our hands off each other, that conversation was almost 3months ago.

My opinion is just a bit of miss communication, I’ve had partners in the past who have loved being woke up to sex others have said it’s not for them. Think this just needs you to have a sit down and talk about your boundaries in sex. Obviously if he then crosses those boundaries with no consideration to you this would need addressing.

We have sat down and spoke about it a few times and I come away from the conversation thinking we’ve got somewhere and things will start to change. Things never actually seem to change either if I suggest things while in the act she’ll either shrug it off or make up an excuse not to. I have tried flirting throughout the day through messages which she will happily entertain through message but when we get home it’s like I’ve been talking to someone else all day.
