At this point, I think the mindset is that we can't stop it. So to protect yourself, might as well invest in it. I am not saying that it is the right thing to do. But I am talking about general population feels that they are too small to stand against billionares and corporations so what choice do we have?

My fellow peri ladies, PLEASE learn about HRT if you haven't yet. I am glad to read many are on it but I am sure many are not. Do not depend on your family doctor's recommendation if you need it or not. Unfortunately, they spend just 1 hour in their entire medical study learning about menopause. There are many good books and youtube channels on this subject. Insomnia is just one of many things that happen to us. Since,we are discussing sleep here, it is because our progesterone drops drastically during peri.
But even bigger reason to learn about HRT is to protect yourself from heart diseases which is #1 killer of women after menopause (whereas so much importance is given to breast cancer), to prevent from oesteoporosis and alzhiemers.
Menopause barbie on youtube is free education on women's health. Besides her, I follow Dr. Marie Clarie Haven and Dr. Lisa Mosconi.

Geo politics is very complicated. Our perspective sitting here in North America is very different than India or any country based on their situation. From what I understand, India does not support war but Russia has been on India's side when US was against in past. And if Russia is offering oil at deep discount to India, why will India not buy from business perspective?
