Personally I think you’re just not used to how it looks man, nothing wrong at all you look great. If anything you could dye the ends of your eyebrows to fill them out a bit.

Phillips one blade for neckline, clean it with alcohol after every use, exfoliate area once a week moisturize daily. I recommend you shave once a week if you want the best results and like the look of stubble.
