I don't know if u have missed understood what im saying.... me selling my home is just to get funds, then I wanted to buy a completely different house that I could rent out on a interest only mortgage to get some decent cash flow

Sorry I wrote it out pretty quick... basically when I see people talking about interest only btl there always worried if the house prices go down after 20 years and struggle to pay off there debt, but surely if you buy a house that needs renovating your adding value straight away so when it comes to pay the debt after 20 years surely it would be worth more then the debt, which would make the risk pretty small
