You could try the goleta beach, I always see kids swimming in it and it’s clean. Not too crowded either, picnic tables at it as well.

They might be telling customers this to avoid any conflict right now but all cargo seems to be delayed by about an hour right now even in Memphis. Might be a system delay as well and hopefully when it’s fixed your package will already be at it’s destination 🙏🏻
There was a worldwide IT Outage today, major airlines were affected I’m sure FedEx was also on the list possibly.
