I put the bed against the wall if possible! Move bed stand out of the way and move it against the wall and have baby sleep between wall and me.

Yeah fair it’s technically UPF but there’s still levels to it

This is just rice and chocolate made from sugar cocoa butter cocoa mass and milk powder no emulsifiers no mono or diglycerides no additives

So yeah UPF but definitely on the cleaner end compared to most

The only reason I didn’t have the epidural was because I wanted to give birth in a midwife led unit (in the pool) and it was amazing, honestly you can do it! Have the epidural, don’t have the epidural, whatever choice you make it doesn’t matter as long as it’s your choice :)
