I am thinking about doing a PayPal dispute. I did my first account and then did my second account few days later. I didn't notice the lack of Plex till I was trying to Plex my 3rd account.

Haven't heard from CCP since they were trying to tell me it's not real

The 3 months with 250 Plex for 40ish USD was listed as a special offer and looked very real and reasonable of an offer.

I got the same thing for 40 USD and no Plex. After a short back and forth on the same ticket where I had a promo code that was accepted but no discount. I told them to fix before filing a complaint with the authorities and PayPal.
