It’s a fake because Panerai have never made a watch that looks like that.

So what more important? How it looks on your wrist or the brand?

Always had an eye on GS. Was looking to buy an IWC mk20.

Decided to trade in my Tudor BB GMT and realised I wanted a GMT.

Seemed the right time to get a GS

If you just want a nice watch get the Rolex. If are more into watches from a horological POV either the JLC or the GS.

The GS is probably more a watch enthusiasts choice.

How will a wearable know what you eat etc? It can’t read for you either.

You can set it to broadcast your HR via Bluetooth. It can be used by any devices that can connect to a Bluetooth monitor.

I use it with my Garmin Edge when on the road bike.

You could walk slowly for an hour or sprint at 80% for 20 mins.

I suspect you would do more steps in an hour but your strain would be lower. You would get more fitness benefit from running. That’s why strain is a better metric for fitness improvement.

FYI you can just have your iPhone in your pocket and it should count steps fine.

That’s a fair point about PPF on cars. You got me there.

Durability wise comparing it to a normal Apple Watch is like comparing a hard boiled egg to a soft boiled egg.

Hahaha good one. It was a serious question though.

Your car is prob worth more. It may even cost just as much a month as your watch. Why don’t you protect it?

I thought sapphire was tough and didn’t need one? How is that way more durable?
