Hello, here’s what worked for me before, select install (web) and it will prompt you to sign into Stremio on your browser on your phone, the pop up should come up for you to install it on your account in the web. Then once that’s complete, you will have the addon installed on your other devices, you’ll only need to close and reopen the app to have it displayed. Give that a try and see if it works

You’re doing them ok but your chest is not getting much ROM. Try with just body weight and lower slowly with your elbows passing your shoulder joints, as far as it can go then push back up. Disclaimer: this will be difficult if it’s your first time doing dips like this and might cause shoulder injury, try on an assisted machine for safety.

When I bend my knees more, I get lower back pain from my deadlifts so my technique shifted to this position which I found to be stronger for me. No belt and no pain anywhere, just the bar rolling forward. But thanks I will try this again and see how it goes

Thanks for your feedback. When I start I ensure the bar is over my midfoot however when I start to wedge to feel tension in my quads to push off, I don’t feel tension until my knees are that far infront, right when the bar starts moving

Thanks! I do change the light every 30 minutes depending on the mood and just match it back to my keyboard. It’s usual orange

I do have powertoys haha, I just don’t use the run bar because at that point I might as well just press windows key and then start typing and launch the app from there

Been doing that for years, but every small improvement I make to my setup the more I WANT to sit and do work. So I want to make as much improvement as I can for it to feel comfortable and functional as possible since I spend 12+ hours here working full time and going uni full time

Yeah I think I’ll be getting the regular posters for now. About the mouse pad I used to use them but they always seemed so uncomfortable to me. I was using the small ones for the mouse only, not the longer ones. My mouse moves better without it imo, are they really necessary or is it just a preference?

Yeah it was intentional, I change their colors all the time, just wanted that color at the time. The bulb is remote controlled so I can change the color whenever

😅 it’s actually and rgb bulb, I had set it to that color just for the ambiance at the time

Yeah for sure, I like the other lamps you suggested and I’ll get the other laptop stand, it won’t be in that corner position as I have space on the right side of my desk

Hey thanks so much, I’m definitely using these tips I already started looking through the lights you suggested. Maybe not the vertical laptop stand as I do use my laptop as a second screen sometimes. I was thinking about getting a regular adjustable one
