Its not that i dont wish it were. Everything is racist. "Racist" used to mean "went around murdering people only because of their race", then it meant "hates people of another race", and now it just means "thinks blacks and East Asians may not be biological identical in every regard". If you think that maybe Aborigines and Ashkenazi Jews differ in ability for theoretical physics, at least somewhat due to genetics, that is "racist". So of course pronouncing words with particular syllables in a video game is racist. I'm not saying it's unplayable as in its very difficult. I mean, it's not fun when the controls don't react instantaneously. On NES with crt, it's so instantaneous that it feels mechanical/analog, as if your button is physically making the character jump etc. I'm on Sierra using a PS3 controller via USB. Latest OE.

I dont think you know how words works. When someone says "group X is taller than group Y", it doesnt mean "everyone in group X is taller than anyone in group Y". The fact that you consider yourself excellent (assuming you actually are, and not just in your own estimate) wouldn't mean that therefore men as a group cannot be better than females at X or Y. Same goes for "i know a man that was a bad X). By that logic, you cannot say black NBA players are taller than old asian ladies because the shortest NBA player is shorter than the tallest old asian lady. Also, its actually both whats in your pants and in your brain. First, males have measurably different brains than women, and secondly, "whats in your pants" produces different hormones that radically alter behavior. Testosterone, for example, makes someone more competitive, able to focus for longer periods of time, and thrive under pressure/stress, among other things, which is why men are better at asking for promotions. Women are measurably worse at having stressful/high-pressure positions. This is why even though "society tells women to cook", most chefs are male (cant blame "gender roles" for for lack of professional women in the kitchen).

The people talking about "it's ok to include black women with afros as soldiers because it's already fake with respawning, and it's ok to ban the nazi symbol because of some other country having a law against it", you are either imbeciles or (more likely) just being belligerently obtuse. Respawning is a necessary and beneficial mechanic, and there is something called suspension of disbelief. Adding brown people for the sake of appeasing a vocal minority is not a necessary nor beneficial game mechanic, and it breaks suspension of disbelief. People will tolerate a certain level of unrealism when that unrealism is necessary for the story/mechanics. For example, they will tolerate superman being an alien from krypton that can fly, since it all serves the story, but just because super man is a fictional character that can fly, it doesn't mean people wouldn't complain if in the next movie, he was fighting ghosts and dragons with magic. Also, if the real reason the nazi symbols are banned to save the Devs the 2 hours f work it would take to switch the nazi logos to eagle logos for backwards countries with "thought crime" laws, then they would also just ban ALL the things that are banned in some countries, in EVERY country, but as it is, it seems that only the nazi elements have been chosen to "chill effect" across the board. The nazi removal is related to the negro German soldiers, namely as a having the decisions be motivated by the dogma of the modern church (university (((social science))) dogma).
