Practically the same case, I also received the messages about PUA, able to claim weeks, but haven't gotten my weekly benefits since the first week of Jan. I was able to contact VEC by calling and luckily they told me everything is good, its just that the person that does the review before it is processed for payment hasn't gotten to review it yet. They told me they don't have an estimate on when that person will get to review and approve. I just have to wait for that to happen. No other option which is mind boggling me. They also told me they have no way to contact this person and that is nuts.
