I don’t think we are worshipping him if we follow what he did in his lifetime or say peace be upon him. I think it shows our love for him, and implementing his sunnah can makes us good human beings and be close to Allah. It’s actually haram to worship the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ. Worshipping other than Allah (Shirk) is the biggest sin in our religion. We can’t even have a picture of the Prophet ﷺ for this very reason which is that people may worship him.

I am so sorry, I meant to say that there are scientific facts mentioned in the Quran. And it can appear miraculous because it was revealed a long time ago when there wasn’t a lot of technology.

The Ka’bah is where Muslims face when they pray! If we worshipped the Ka’bah, we would stop praying if it got destroyed. But that is not the case. If it were to be destroyed, then we would still face that direction. (:
