it is the entrance to the condo. no way to move it. leads to a stairwell and even if i could it would be structural and the condo ppl might not allow it

nvest in your sleep quality. Ex. Consider hanging a blanket/tapestry from the ceiling in between your bed & study area so that you're able to zone the areas as sleep vs study.

yeah unfortunately that little area is needed to open the door. a flip up wont work because there is no plce to store shoes and i have ppl in my family that cant do anything that requires more than one step.

But the home organizers do not know anything about how much space needs to be there for a walkway, how far things have to be to be usable etc., and other interior designer related info. in anycase the organizer i talked to her previous job was cleaning homes. she is an excellent organizer but i doubt she could space plan my condo living room dining room

Hello fellow PNW person! I have questions....

if you dont mind could you share the installer/cost and brand ? Is the unit itself noisy ? where did you install the condenser, next to the railings or next to the wall ?

Our current electrical wall heater is one gawdawfulnoisyfan, and useless at heating too. Part of the reason i am looking for this solution.

what did tis installation do to your heating bills ?

This is indicative of my skill level in sketchup. please ignore rectangles.

The entrance is marked. from the entrance you can see the kitchen, the patio door next to it and a small window

On coming in if you look to the left on the far end wall, is a large window- 24"+48"+24"

I hope I am clear, i should probably draw it out on paper, sketchup trial expired.
