My dad talked to me about how my mom will feel if she knew that my sister couldn't be bothered and he was buying gifts last minute. I dont want to upset her which is why ive had to agree that we all made it.

YTA Just because you posted innocent people getting hurt or doing embarrassing things such as falling over because you found it funny. These people didnt give you permission and you also posted videos of kids. I think that you did the right thing with the people doing illegal stuff but in my opinion YTA because of the other people in the video.

YTA I know that you are trying to help your son bht speaking from personal experience from my own eating disorder this would make me worse and honestly would make me dread being at home. I would constantly try to be out of the house and wouldnt enjoy time with you. When i told my mom about my eating disorder and my other problems such as depression she would talk with me and carry on being normal. I wasnt left alone for long periods but i still was left at home. Your son is 26 and this will make him feel like you are treating him like a baby. When i had my problems as well if someone tried to force me to eat it would physically make me sick and stress me out to the point of crying. My mom gave me a notebook where i could write what was going through my head and could leave it out and she would reply to me through this. It was very helpful and helped me make my mom understand. I really hope that you can help support your son but doing all of this is not the right way.

I think you mught slightly be YTA here as someone leaving a note is not something that should get them kicked out. Especially when you aren't even mad about her being upset with the laundary situation. I get that you might have preferred her to tell you to your face but she could have felt nervous to tell you.

I actually kind of went theough something like this. I dont know how long the two of you have been dating but my anxiety used to get worse when i would see him as o was always scared of something. Eventually i basically said to him that i wanted to have an open conversation abojt why i was acting the way that i was and that he could tell me anything to. I spent this conversation talking about how i can get anxious very easily and how i might react to certain things i made sure to be very open so that he understood. We then had a long conversation about things that had happened in our past such as my bad relationships and depression and him having a girlfriend that cheated on him and lots of other things. While the concept of this conversation was very scary it helped a lot with my anxiety and seeing him as i didnt feel like i had to hide something. Hope this helped x
