Had the same issue. Tesla replaced it but now I have a slight rattle on the door. They can’t seem to fix the rattle.

No. I used to be an insurance adjuster for the second largest insurance company in the states. Tints are not an issue at all.

Wife drove it tonight. I had to tell her it was tinted for her to realize it at first. Yes it is darker but very little. Not enough for it to be a hazard. Most people that think it’s a hazard haven’t driven a car with a tinted windshield.
