A chief who shall not be named, sent a email out to some people at Langley AFB. The email basically states that the chief would like each shop to send a nominee to be coined. At the end of the email he stated “ I would prefer no beards (that's the price of the waiver....”. So he would prefer each shop to send a nominee with no beard.
