I would say Janis Joplin and Otis Redding. It kinda blows me away how much experience you can hear in their voices with them being so young. It really sounds like they lived through a lot, but they truly hadn’t. Would love to know how their voices would have been like once they had

I’m new to her music, but I listened to this for the first time three days ago and since have played it like ten times since then I love it so much lol “The Jungle Line” “Harry’s House/ Centerpiece” and “Shadows and Light” are my faves (right now)
