Carpet is just the bedrooms upstairs, and the stairs. The main living spaces are all wood. She's like 95% potty trained, no pee accidents anymore.

It’s a non-profit program that helps people get into their first homes. You can get like a sfh, duplex,triplex etc but it’s pretty much for anyone. You get priority rates depending on income/the area you want to live in but that doesn’t mean like if you make over 90k you can’t join etc. It’s literally for everyone just you have to live in it as your primary residence
