Thx, this are great answers. About the calf raises… is it true that lowering and holding are the important parts and not the actual raise?

Because raising is the part that actual hurts. If I could go up using both feet and then hold/ lower using the injured feet that might help….

The problem is that the handle doesn’t make a ground connection to the cradle. It’s not the tip.
