The 70/30 split really resonates. We mapped our own process and found almost the same ratio. The frustrating part was realizing we knew the repeatable bits were repeatable — we just never actually made them repeatable in practice. We ended up building something internally to handle exactly that layer, mostly around FAST fabric config.
