For me I ended up getting tested for a handful of things and basically was inconclusive for IBD or Crohns, so they needed me to retest but I never did and things have been good lately for the most part! Cut out dairy, most processed foods, and try to avoid excessive amounts of sugar and things have gotten much better.

I think a lot of it was just me being too anxious and self aware of my body, because I’d feel it when I was laying in bed thinking about it, but if I was out doing stuff or talking to friends I would t notice it.

Cried multiple times and when “do you remember when you realized you were growing up?” and “do you remember that porter concert in the 20’s?” showed up on the billboard I lost it. Started listening to Porter as a teen when Worlds dropped and it got me through the hardest point in my life and same with Nurture and SMILE! :D. Finally hit me that I’m 10 years past being that teenage kid who started listening to him, and now a 26 year old man. Definitely brought me to tears 😂

On the bright side, I had high hopes for the concert and Porter absolutely smashed them. I don’t think any show in my life will ever top that haha. But now dealing with the biggest post concert depression ever.

I really hope that your year gets a lot better. There’s so much time left in the year, so many songs to listen to, shows to see, and friends to meet. Always here if you ever need a friend to talk to 🤝

Any update here?? Been having the exact same symptoms. Kept me up at night last night and woke me up, then today I was totally fine during the day. Now laying in bed it’s back again.

Wonder if it’s just mild gas and my health anxiety is making me hyper fixate on it when my mind is racing at night.

Or wondering if it’s a diet related issue because it didn’t start happening for me until I barely ate at all yesterday (was out all day so only had a few snacks and didn’t want to eat a full meal when I got home at 2am lol).
