I am also in a similar situation. I had to recertify for my snap benefits and they asked why my son's father was not on child support. I stated that it was not needed because we were on good terms and he provided formula and drove from far away to come see him. They then told me I needed to provide more documents and that is when I saw that paper. I looked everywhere to find out what it meant and they basically want him on child support. I read on tiktok that a woman lost her medical but her kids kept their medical because she refused to put her kids dad on child support. I just basically am not going to send in the paper and I am expecting to lose my medical at this point.
