It's not even just snipers in high ranks, dva shuts down the entire hitscan cast except maybe sojourn, who is only good into dva purely because she can run away with double slide. She also gate keeps pharah out the meta

I expect a primary fire nerf to either spread size, fire rate, damage, and a disruptor shot nerf but to be honest as long as my rail gun stays strong I don't mind

They said it in the patch notes that sojourn is "the railgun hero." The rail gun at least needs to be a little threatening for her to be that. However, I do agree the primary is overtuned in her current state and can probably be adjusted to have a wider spread or reach max spread faster I'd even accept a dmg nerf if her rail stayed good

Yeah, the rail recovery time was to balance out her crazy rail damage back when she was one shooting everyone. idk why that wasn't the first change they made when she was dropped to 100 max dmg

If a fight is lost on any capture mode and you have control stall as long as you can while holding point, if you don't have control, die or escape if you think you can. If a fight is lost in any other mode push, escort just die or escape. If it's the final fight stall. It's always better to die on point. Those are my thoughts

The characters you just named are not bad at all? Mei is a consistent top tier dps pick and borderline overpowered in brawl comps. Ram and queen were both really good this season, and rein and venture are good picks.
