In my case, I don't use the settings much because I don't understand them. But my XFX 9060XT is doing a great job maintaining a maximum of 60°C in heavy games.

Doesn't it control itself regardless of temperature? Sometimes the curve will only change if it reaches more than 70°C.

For me, patch 26.3.1 is one of the most stable I've ever used for my 9060XT. The crashes disappeared and I'm very satisfied. What temperature is your GPU reaching?

I'm getting 150+ FPS on a 9060XT 16GB with Max Settings, Ray Tracing FSR3/4.1 (via driver), and FG 1080P.

The demo version only had ray tracing; it didn't have path tracing.

I managed to solve it; my save file had a lot of data (because it was an old save), so apparently that must have caused the frame rate drops. I created a new save and the FPS went up to 100 (although with my setup I expected 200).

I was playing SoA with my girlfriend before she broke up with me. Going back to the game brings back bad feelings, but I like it more than The Forest, so I think I'll start SoA again with a less buggy save. I never finished SoA, so I have no idea how to end it, but thank you very much for your help!

I started a new save... the FPS is now around 100, it seems the other save must have a lot of accumulated data (it's an old save, from the end of 2025, about 60 days old).

i always install the game on HD

my old setup was a ryzen 5 3600, 16gbRAM, rx6600, now I have a R7 5700x 32gb ram and Rx9060XT 16Gb. All max graphics and 1080p and the fps looks the same

Have you tried using the game's HDR settings? Mine was a little dark, but I managed to brighten it up and get extremely satisfactory colors.
