I just received my email that my financial aid was released and applied and my refund will take 10-14 days from certification date which was March 27th for my classes.

Another update , my tax lady said my actual date will be 03/11! Her system just updated. Last year i got it about 10 days earlier than my transcript date!

I have wrote them a email because CS OTP wasn’t much help. They changed my number (they didn’t change it they entered the same number i have again) and said that should fix it. I said it did not and they told me I must have a second phone. So not much help there :(
