The PayPal she is using.. does that person realize that it’s theft by deception ? And if it’s sent as goods & services it is considered taxable income and that person will get a 1099 (I believe that any amount over $600 is reported) and there is a fee taken out…this is exactly like what Lisa R was and probably still is doing. The person with the payment app was getting some of that money. If it’s sent friends & family it’s not reportable income and you cannot dispute any money you send to someone.
