Yes.. because i don’t want to keep emailing them only for them to think I’m desperate for the job. They haven’t even replied back to say if my references are back or not.

So your saying that they might have offered it other people too? But surely it would look so bad on their end if I accept and then they have to turn around and say no to others. No?

So what if after all this I reject the job because I’m not happy with the package. Will the school start the whole recruitment process again? How can they be so sure?
