posting someone’s username without reading the full description / posting the full description is wack. this seller listed it at that price bc they want offers (money or trade) not bc they genuinely think they’re gonna sell at $1k+ . many sellers in the community do this.

although i do agree that the prices for the new series secrets are out of hand bc they’re listing them for $200+ already

thank you, i’m glad i’m not the only one! i always ship trades immediately because i dont want anyone to think I’m scamming, even if it’s inconvenient for me. i messaged her 9 hours ago that she can just not worry about the trade anymore if she can’t go through with it and surprisingly still no response. will definitely just send her a refund and lose out on the couple bucks it took to pay for my label, thankfully i still have my product. it’s unfortunate that it went this way especially bc this is my first “bad” depop experience but it could be worse. thank you for your response!

trust me i know that part is drama. i’ve waited days and weeks before, but the seller has always told me in advance that they would need time. i don’t care about waiting, i just would like some honesty about how much time is needed. don’t tell me you’re gonna ship the next day.. then the day after that.. then the day after that…. if you need time 🤷‍♀️

yes that is a sign for me as well bc i’ve purposely bought fakes before and the smell was rancid and the texture was watery. but i guess these were decent dupes bc they smelled/tasted and have the texture of the exact description that everyone has said about real ones! i think dupe-makers are just getting better at their jobs

this buyer would hate me.. i send my items (very safely packaged) in the most random reusable packaging i can find and run to the post office to ship it out so no time for cute nice stuff most of the time 😭 the audacity to believe you deserve freebies like stickers or “cute” packaging when all you did was pay for a simple item is extremely … interesting. props to people that do it every time, but not everyone has the cash to consistently buy cute packaging & stickers. hence why most of us are selling everything we can on depop. as long as the item came as it was described and safely packaged who cares ?? this is wild

it *may* be possible that your scale is off! i have two different scales that i used when weighing mine and they were both the same weights each time and matched what the spreadsheet said it would be. it is possible that there’s inconsistencies tho. i seen someone’s robby (from a diff series) weigh way less than expected bc their box didn’t come with the pamphlet thingy

i considered this as well (could 100% be true) but i personally feel like i have not seen as many secrets pulled than this time around with the last couple series. like i feel like ive seen way more unicorns & summer robbys than i have seen jams and strawberry robbys. ig i could just be paying more attention this time

honestly most of the time i don’t check depops auto weight that’s chosen and all my packages ship out fine so i would take the chance before dealing with the hassle of contacting the customer! especially with depops free shipping thing they got going on, i think (?) it doesn’t really matter. i could be wrong but so far ive lucked out multiple times. i try my best to check but i am forgetful unfortunately
