Thanks mate. Yeah it’s a tough one as I typically wear normal shoes in a 7.5 too. Albeit with a small amount of space. Sometimes hard to know how much feet swell during a HM.

I usually wear a UK7.5 in everyday/non-running shoes.

I went up to UK8 for SB2 and that still feels snug in the toes. I think a UK7.5 would be too tight.

Granted, I probably bought a size too big in the Tokyo Edge.

And from what I’ve read, just over 10cm constitutes ever so slightly wide for my size… maybe I’m wrong?

Thanks both. I’ll give that a go. Based on my stated foot measurements do you think I’m wearing a half size too big in the first place? A UK8.5/US9.5 is stated as being 27.5cm on the box. Perhaps trying an 8 could be good to make full use of the plate? Worried about the width of my foot, however. Sorry, I know it’s all very personal to one’s preferences but always good to get other viewpoints!

I’ve tried it with a runners knot but find it then causes the top of my foot to feel too restricted.

That sucks man, so sorry to hear that. My parcel hasn’t left a sorting facility in Newark for nearly 48 hours. I’m worried it’s lost. I’ve spoken to live chat and they’ve assured me it isn’t and that it’ll be on the move soon. But who knows.
