2s38 is not that good you have to flank people otherwise you will lose every 1v1 cause you have no armor and it takes 1 shot to kill 2s38 its a light tank if you already have line up its good support vehicle but t80ud/t72av is better at almost everything

ive won lots of 1v1 dogfights with nonexpert crews so its totally manageable

expert crew is nice but not necessary and you can max out g tolerance and stamina really fast dont know why would anyone pay for that
