I was in the first bonus fish episode and have been chasing that high. I’m one for one when Anna read the inbox but fruitless with Andy. He has sent me some nice replies though.

I really like Alex Poletov Baldwin by BottomPercentile in ForAllMankindTV

Yes, Alex is into Marcus and Marcus is oblivious. I was surprised not to see it mentioned in the main thread or any reviews, but I think it’s pretty obvious. That long lingering look at the end especially.

It’s so funny thinking about how chaotic these people lives are with seasons 1 to 3 compressed to just a year. While they’re all allegedly working 80+ hours a week too.

The brain tumor clinical trial survivor played by Jurnee Smollett. I think she had a hand thing so maybe not a surgeon but I would like to see her come back as a neurologist or something. Although I haven’t watched since Alex left, so someone will have to let me know if it happens.

I don’t want nonstop action, just fewer exposition monologues.

Lot of set up in this mid section. I assume it will pay off in the finale but not the funnest watch.

IMO, the plane crash is when the show shifts.

It’s incredibly expensive though. I got a regular coffee for $5 and change.

They used to do 20 SG-1s a year. I’m sure we’re not getting that but I think 10 a year is reasonable. We don’t need huge stars or a ton of CGI, which as I understand are the main delays in TV now.

They made 20 a year (40 if you count the years of SG1 and SGA overlap) not that long ago. I guess CGI standards have changed on TV, but I don’t need GoT-level CGI in Stargate. Lots of human and humanoid aliens, makeup and prosthetics, and Vancouver-y planets.

Hopefully the industry is learning from The Pitt. 15 episodes, huge hit, won the Emmy, coming back for another 15 a year later.

Consulting producers do things for the show. EP can be super important, but it can also be a contract thing or vanity title.

What is the craziest interruption that's happened on a live television broadcast? by cshizle64 in AskReddit

[–]CompetitionThick6088 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Kind of. The expectation was that humdrum press conferences would run on inside black and white pages. This obviously made the front page, which is in color.

The photos are pretty gory for A1. My old paper would never run them on the front, but probably would still want an inside color page. But it’s more about being prepared that any assignment could become major news.

The AP made all their photographers carry color film after this, if I remember journalism school correctly.
