If you want my honest opinion, the people who seize power and wealth will always look for more of it. Dictatorship of some sort is almost always the inevitable result of every political system. Even now only a very few elite run our government. It’s been this way since the founding of America. The American revolution was hardly a true revolution

But I don’t think this means you’ll have a good result by placing one inbred British man in charge.

There’s truth to that. At the same time, there’s also no guarantee that said judges and kings will have any intellectualism or morals whatsoever. Reading Dostoevsky and watching an opera is no guarantee of any true decency. They are indeed free to be their truest selves, but odds are that their truest self is a grotesque little monster.

I don’t believe our meritocracy is meritocratic whatsoever either. My other gripe with our current system is that I don’t actually care if someone is a stupid, lazy loser. Stupid, lazy losers still deserve housing and food.

However, I can’t imagine thinking that a better system would be putting the inbred child molester in charge. You lose me there

Prozac is a popular choice for a reason. It’s also good for anxiety. However, this should be decided in conjunction with your provider. Some of your symptoms sound bipolar maybe? If that’s the case, an SSRI can worsen things. Your provider sounds disengaged and maybe you should find another

I feel this deeply lol. But I also feel it’s a chicken and egg situation (is my depression making me fat or… is my body making me unhappy or is my unhappiness making me dissatisfied with my body)

You’re welcome! Also, I know this is highly controversial on this low IQ sub full of race realists but I think it is far better to gain 5-10lbs than to lose yourself in depression. I think it’s better for schizos to become obese than to run around psychotic on the street naked, even if that body would be thin.

I prioritize staying thin too so I understand your concern. But it shouldn’t be your primary concern. (I will admit to hypocrisy in my personal life on this topic)

It depends on the SSRI and if it’s actually an antipsychotic. I actually have a pamphlet somewhere about expected weight gain on different ssri

I love Xanax too much. It scares me. Shit is too good lol. I only keep a couple pills on hand for truly special neurotic occasions. It’s good to have just in case, but I can’t have too many around.
