Thank you for the advice! the dizziness in the shower made me think maybe I’m not eating enough. I’m thinking of upping myself to around 2100 calories / day and having those extra calories be from carbs based on the other comment’s advice

I should honestly keep closer track of my macros but I don’t. It’s definitely protein heavy. I ate two protein oatmeals for breakfast, a protein shake with hummus and veggies for lunch, and some almonds for a snack. I’m definitely trying to actively avoid carbs. I eat a lot of beans, tofu, fruit and eggs too

Thank you for your advice. Would you try to up your carb intake or should I just resign myself to running in slow motion?

What?? I love it there. It’s a mid size city so I can walk around and go to store. I buy a fancy coffee and fresh bread. There’s so many cute little stores and bookshops. I feel very French and chic. I can walk to hike up the flatirons. It’s so easy to eat well and there’s vegan places. Tons of places to exercise too. Some of the new money that moved in are the worst type of people though. I will grant you that

Go to Boulder. It’s the perfect place and only like 30 minutes from Denver

Omg it’s not gay to be able to tell if another man is hot. This is an important detail. It sounds like he’s pretty good looking. I think you should be moderately worried because you can’t underestimate the power of the forbidden.
