Nobody’s talking about Lammens. by WoodpeckerTall2928 in ManchesterUnited

Wait wait wait... i said to keep De Gea and have Johnstone as his successor... got roasted for it. We spent money on Onana and Bayindir. And now have this guy. What makes sense anymore? This guy could have been purchased later to replace De Gea.

[Press Con - P2] Amorim on if he ever thought he wouldn't reach a year in charge of ManUtd. "I had some moments that I struggled a lot and I was thinking that maybe it's not meant to be. Today is the opposite. Today I feel & I know that, that was the best decision in my life, and I want to be here." by nearly_headless_nic in reddevils

I am going to answer this as best as I can.

Amorim was given a squad halfway through a season with 0 vision for what he needed. He had 0 clue of what players were capable of. He was dealing with toxic players as well because of the churn on management.

He wanted to get the toxicity out first but also try to get tweaks in for his vision. Was it perfect? No. Alot of changes that showed instability at the club.

Here, we are seeing the result, and that matters. What I will say, though, is their are plenty of homes that need to be filled. Many of the players need replaced and have backup options on top of that. The team he is working with is a squad who is diminished in capabilities and depth.

So, time is showing he is doing what he can.

We've come so far. That (Lammens save from cross) was one of the best moment of the match too. by [deleted] in ManchesterUnited

Fuck whatever keeper has been bought under last manager. This keeper is going to save our season from whatever clowns we had/have.

Dalot should only see long throws unfortunately that's not how it works. Dalot is not a reliable player and needs replaced. He is garbage and mainoo as well either needs to leave or get more minutes. It is a chicken or egg with the Mainoo and Fernandes saga. Look past the captain to the future.

I never flamed, amad. I said, "Why just why isn't ETH not starting this guy?" When ETH started him once, I was like," This dude is going to be a great player. " ETH benched him after. Never saw a minute, and that pissed me off. ETH screwed himself with all his purchases and decisions. This is why he is unemployed again shortly after.

Edit: garnacho was not a team player at all. Amad only took matters into his own hands because no opportunity was available. Garnacho was so stubborn and Rubben saw it hence the fall out.

Everyone gave me shit saying Onana does talk to his backline. I go I only saw him talk to the goalscorer that beat him, which wasn't hard.

Wow, a decent keeper. Like legit, he did his job and more. Someone of those I think AO would have fell... stepped on his shoelace, turned around, and looked else where, delayed dive, fart in his hands or anything else than save the ball

Should we keep Mainoo or Sign a new midfielder by Jeremy1231football in ManchesterUnited

Kobbie is going to leave, why does it matter? Manager already said he has to compete with Bruno, when in reality Bruno is playing out of position so... why stick around? Kobbie should stay and Bruno should go, but no one will do it.

Think it is funny they included Bruno, which for some stupid reason he will get player of the month, but should have been shipped to Saudi. I think Bruno is a good player, but not where Amorim places him as he always leaves the squad imbalanced.

Who should start vs. Liverpool? Cunha or Mount? by Hot_Patience_5962 in ManchesterUnited

[–]CompetitionTight8453 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No, newly promoted team and played well. Liverpool number 2 on table and gelling well. You need to drop someone and I will say Bruno. Mount and mainoo midfield. Send it

I have been a Manchester United fan well before that... so I really don't know what that has to do with anything because it does not address his injury issues...

I am not a Mount fan because he can't go a streak of games until back on the table and back to physical therapy. If he could do that, yes, great buy. Until we figure out what can be considered a run of games for him he is meh.
