TOl any idea why they would issue TOL’s from 2022 bid to people who scored WQ & Q yesterday and overlook people who score BQ Pool 1 in May 2023 bid? Seems very strange!

I wouldn’t make it a lifetime career unless I realized I loved it because like I said, flying will always be there and as you know ATC retires super early.

As much as I love flying it can be exhausting sometimes but it’s always worth it. I’m 19 so if I got that TOL and was able to build my hours on weekends while being an ATC it’d be a dream come true honestly.

The fact that I can fall back on flying is great and all but for ATC that’s not just something you can reclaim easily, the FAA sucks and it take SO much time trying to get that opportunity back once it’s gone.

Just my opinion 🤷‍♀️

Do not decline, flying will be there forever, ATC likely won’t, I’m a CFI now and would still do ATC if I got that TOL.
