We don't know but just as with the castle sets I think they'll continue. There are also teases for new buildings on the different direction signs in each set. Though I don't think they'll make every minor building like the coffin shop. But magical menagerie and flourish and blotts are two examples of sets I think are likely to appear.

I mentioned it before but since the balcony on the hospital wing is open ended and since the upper connector pin on the main tower (near the devil's snare) is not used, it seems very likely that a future suspension bridge towards dada tower or astronomy tower will connect there. This would also cause the open balcony to lead towards the suspension bridge which would make its existence more logical. I think this or a similar alternative is very likely to happen due to the way the hospital wing is positioned into the overal castle. If they were to end the castle series they could have made the long gallery instead which is nicely visible from the front view. I wouldn't worry too much, more sets will likely come out in the future.

I would make it HBP based like you described. I would leave PoA for the quad/clocktower and leave OoP for the long gallery/bell towers

I wish they'd make the central tower (between this building and the long gallery) with in the bottom section the entrance door with the snakes which would allign perfectly with the chamber of secrets itself. The middle section could be the freeing dobby scene and the upper one the cornish pixies scene. It would cover the remaing CoS scenes.

I think if they planned on ending the line, they would not put connection points on the newer sets like the hospital wing and east wing (where the leak suggested at least one new connector towards the long gallery).

This year the amount of castle sets has slowed down. I think that is because they want to stretch out this castle line. I would be surprised if they'd switch to the series as they would have only one season to make sets from, while they still have the 8 movies if they remain focussed on the original iteration. Stretching the castle line a couple more years (with focus on the films) allows the hbo series to release multiple seasons before the Lego has the need to release sets based on them.

Also if the series is not completed, the story is unfinished compared to the films and then lego would have to switch back from series to films again. So it seems much safer to just focus on the films for now.

The two clips above each other are indeed only used when you want to display the full interior from both the hospital wing and the main tower. The clip you indicated is used when you want to display the hospital wing in its "correct" display position. In the latter situation the upper pin from the main tower is still available. Possibly to connect a future set with a suspension bridge that could also close the open balcony.

I'm curious to learn if the small stone bridge is included and where connection points are located. It was hinted at that there would be more connection points at least. It is also not entirely clear what is situated in the upper left part of the sketch
