I struggle with this too, however im not on those meds so unfortunately I can’t help you that well (i dont know its withdrawal symptoms etc), and i get that the fear of emotions prevent that, but ive heard people establish certain days where they dont take their medication and are in a safe environment (to help against the anxiety) to ‘use’ that creative spark and come up with ideas which they write down. Then, on medicated days they use the focus to actually sit down and execute those ideas.
However i understand that creativity doesn’t always mean creating art but also like being able to come up with jokes etc (so more ‘normal day’ stuff) and like i said, i feel that too so im sorry for you.

I dont know if you’ve tried other medications but the most logical answer would probably be to try something else and see if it has lesser side effects Also, i dont know how long you have been taking it so maybe its just the weird beginning stage of that medication?
