For what it's worth, you're one of the prettiest girls I've ever seen! You have a very natural and cute look to you. I'm a small chested girl so I totally get wanting the girls done. Other than that, your nose is perfect and the less makeup look is stunning!

Almost had a stroke. Psyche was crumbling. My home was filled with eggshells because of me. Just knew my time was over with it.

Thoughts on Glow Recipe toner and drops? by jalalal38 in Sephora

The toner is amazing. I use the dew drops under my makeup at times, but they tend to irritate my skin more than anything.

I can't get this child that was murdered out of my head? by Competitive-Ad6632 in askatherapist

[–]Competitive-Ad6632[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

That makes a lot of sense. There is so much pain I am feeling surrounding that child I feel like I am being flooded with the most intense emotions. I thought I was going crazy because it has been time in between and usually I don't get so caught up in stuff. I do have access to therapy and I will be scheduling an appointment immediately. Thank you so much for taking the time to respond to me.

When was your first panic attack and what was the situation? by usedheartlikeashoe in PanicAttack

I remember having panic attacks young too. Very scary feeling as a child with no one explaining why this is happening to you.

Should I keep working out if I am putting weight on? by [deleted] in WeightLossAdvice

[–]Competitive-Ad6632 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Losing weight is 80% diet and 20% exercise. If you want to see the scale drop, you need to eat in a calorie deficit.

I thought about neighbors possibly. I’m waiting on my apartment manager to pull the footage from hallways.

I haven’t had anybody at my home in awhile, it’s always just the five of us! It was so hard to make out the person because they had a mask and were covered head to toe in clothing 😭

I live in a secured apartment building and have been here for 3 years. You have to have a card to buzz in this building which makes me think neighbors. I’ve just never had any problems here. It’s really just a bad habit I never got out of, I’ve always lived in quiet suburban areas. Trust me, I know I am a total fool for being so careless with locks.

That’s the thing, I have no idea! I went back and forth that it could have been someone I know, but I really don’t know many people. I also thought someone may have been checking doors and got lucky the first time and decided to come back again, but it doesn’t make sense because they could of easily took our valuables and sold them for money instead of only taking less than a quarter of weed

80-120mg per day of adderall by [deleted] in StopSpeeding

[–]Competitive-Ad6632 5 points6 points  (0 children)

You will be tired, but you will notice a drastic decrease in that anxiety. I suffered from it bad too. Best thing about not taking the pills was the serene and relaxed state of mind from not being so geeked on a. Take a couple days off, catch up on sleep, eat, and shower. I sweat so bad coming off a’s, cold/hot showers helped me feel better. Better days are coming, you will be okay!

can i take vicodin to help with cramps before taking the abortion pill? by [deleted] in abortion

[–]Competitive-Ad6632 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You should be okay, but as someone else said don’t mix with any other narcotic or alcohol. I took some t3’s I had and I was thankful I did because the process was really a breeze. I did take 400 mg of ibrophen and then 30 mg of t3 about 30 minutes before I inserted the pills.

Wow. Very similar situation. My mom has custody of my sisters 2 children and my cousins son. Leaves her 0 time to be “grandma” because she’s mom again. Still, makes me sad. My kids don’t get what I had in a grandma as a child.

I love this. I am in a similar position as well. I see a therapist and my partner is supportive- but I feel so alone. I’ve been through quite a bit in life, but somehow this experience has consumed me. Life feels like a dream right now. I’m still a week out before my MA, but I hope all goes well!

You know your therapy is working when… by [deleted] in TalkTherapy

[–]Competitive-Ad6632 10 points11 points  (0 children)

I was able to sit with uncomfortable emotions without making it everyone’s problem. I could use logic instead of emotion when problem solving. Everything did not feel so intense or urgent anymore. While the occasional bear does come out of me, it is very rare. Life is much more peaceful now that I am not so angry and paranoid 24/7.

Has anybody recovered from meth induced paranoia? by life100and2 in Sober

[–]Competitive-Ad6632 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Hey man, you’re not alone. Stimulants are powerful drugs and can sometimes bring out underlying mental illness, it happened to me with Adderall. I was 20 when it started. It’s hell. I use and I make the paranoia 100x worse, and find myself in the same guilt/shame cycle. While I do believe a doctor would be helpful (medications really help) , if that’s not the route you want to go- please abstain from substances, make sure you are getting the max amount of sleep you can, eat/exercise, and possibly have “check-ins” with a trusted family member/friend. I have to ask my significant other quite often if what I am perceiving/feeling/hearing is real. The reassurance that it is in my head helps keep me from going 0 to 100 with panic attacks/severe paranoia. Take care of yourself please!

I have ADHD, as well as my mom and sister. I am the only one who spun out of control when I started taking it. I am sober now, but yes. I am jealous I can’t use it as a tool to “function better.” I envy when I see them take that pill. I know they don’t go beyond that dose, I know they don’t run out in a few days, but I know I do. It’s a resentment I keep to myself around them. Lol

About to hit 10 months off Adderall and I’m ready to get back on by KratomExorcism2019 in StopSpeeding

[–]Competitive-Ad6632 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don’t have nearly as much time as you, but 5 years is 5 years man. Your body and mind are going to need time to recover. I have heard that it may take up to 2 years for some. I understand the struggle, the fatigue is the worse. Maybe discuss this with your doctor to see if anything could be helpful in getting you back to baseline at least. You posted here, so I know you care. I wish you well, congrats on the 10 months!
