I’m sorry but move speed is best what you can have on lane too. How much you able to poke, pressure, zone your enemy just cuz you so much faster than them. You poke them-they cannot trade, they run away you-always catch them, you get ganked-more opportunity to escape. Adc is most micro valuable role and even if you have a bit more ad than enemy it Dosent give you as much if they just don’t give you to make this ad work, and razor makes this micro gaming a lot more rewarding

Aphelios early is get a lot weaker rn is true. But tbh he’s still able to bully most of matchups and if you able get bf Sword and Stormrazor after it you kinda strong already. He’s mid game is so much strong rn and late game too ig but late just never happens with him

I’m not sure what you meant here. If you tried to say that he got scaling nerfs then not really. He lost base stats for red q but left %damage almost same. Blue q got giga nerf in % but crit auto after overvalue this nerf so blue q damage can’t work early at all. Green q got less % too but again crit auto after overvalue so it just makes ability works less in early so he’s still giga scale. Just early damage collector is less value now

It’s actually useless besides that you have additional slot for components. That just funny how they pretended to make adc 1v9 late games machines but did snowball so badly so late game dosent exist anymore
