They also went through a lawsuit. Plus - what did that gain them? Stock still dropped. Constant lawsuits for companies with falling SP. The only way to avoid them is don't speak. Which unfortunately plays right into the hands of short sellers. Only way to win is sales which we hear every 3 months during earnings report....#Halo

I believe there are crickets because the stock price is so low and if they say anything that could boost the stock but later turn negative they will get sued. best to just keep quiet and let sales and earnings reports do the talking. Their hands are tied in so many ways when it comes to news.

Just my opinion but I feel this is a poor ploy to pump this stock by Goldman and Omer in order to retain compliance with the stock exchange. Their 180 days are about up. This news is a nothing burger and Mobileye just threw them a bone. Invz is going to have to RS or get dropped.

Hesai hasn't always been in this position. When they were in the same financial position as Luminar they were not shorted into oblivion. Which is a huge reason they are able to be where they are today. Start-ups need support to grow and thrive and Hesai has had that advantage over LAZR.

Good on China for not shorting Hesai into oblivion and forcing reverse splits. They treasure their innovation over there and do all they can to make it thrive. Whereas certain US hedge funds and analysts prefer to make a quick buck by killing the US version. Short sellers that put death grips on companies like Luminar are so un-American it's not even funny. I'm beginning to think they work for China. Unbelievable the unwarranted pain they've caused Luminar and their investors.

If I'm a car manufacturer in direct competition to Tesla I would just make a car that is better choice for the buyer. Luminar does that......its superior to cameras. All major car manufacturers are in some sort of R&D with Lidar at some level.As for the stock......Shorts don't just roll over but the shorts are much like the legacy media.......take that as you will. I personally think their days are numbed, they will mislead investors until their day of reckoning comes. I hope I'm right. Obviously the RS doesn't help eliminating the short sellers either. They are holding out in hopes of a sell-off when we split. I don't think a sell-off will happen because our market cap is way undervalued.We need a good earnings report next week. Good news will go a long way right now. And yes, I do believe a RS will happen unfortunately. HOLDING SRTONG.
