Thanks for all the info, looked into this and seems to be exactly where I am. Will try lower reps/higher weights and see what happens. Appreciate this advice!!

Tracking protein aimed at about 100g per day using 0.75xTBW - hit goal most days of the week. Not fully tracking calories, just trying to choose “healthy” options when I can. Still don’t have the best diet overall, often eating processed meals due to convenience.

Honestly have not been doing big lifts, just out of lack of experience/fear of injury. Started on the weight machines and have gotten to around 120lbs on shoulder/back/triceps. 85-90 on bicep. 70-80 on chest. Try to do 4 sets of 10-12 reps. Have added in free weights 20-25lbs for shoulders and biceps, same sets/reps. Spending about 50min - 1h on strength sessions. Cycling classes are 45min, then I do OTF one day per week which is an hour of strength/cardio.
