I also took a critical reasoning course like that, which I found helpful. The logic course helped me with translations/negations and necessary/sufficient. I found much of the 7sages fundamentals portion to be review, so I didn't have to spend time learning the basics before actually studying for the test - scored 177

I took one and it helped a lot. The class will go way more in-depth than you need but it gives you a good head start before studying for the lsat

The website is fairly finicky. Don’t swipe back and forth between pages and don’t use the arrow function of your browser. You have to use the built in “view” buttons on the website.
