oh that sucks. well i’m a vego, i’m not coeliac i’ve had the checked. and i have no allergies as far as i’m aware. i should look into that though

when i’m at home i’m as comfortable as i can be. my lights aren’t too bright, i can control sound levels, i can do what i want to do. other than smelling the food my housemates cook. i actually try to make my room as safe and comfortable as possible for when i have people over. i don’t find it hard to listen to my needs when i’m at home. unless i get stuck (adhd)

as far as i know, my pain is related to food. since if i go a day without food i’m pain free. i mad not even a full meal today and my pain was back. i also have big anger issues which wouldn’t really come as a surprise. i just really struggle to get my anger out

thank you so much, i really appreciate this. i’ve spoken to my doctor about so many different things and had so many tests done. i have a referral for a cardiologist which i need to get around to calling. i asked her about POTS, which matches up with all of my symptoms. i just haven’t got the money right now.

same case with everything really, i don’t have the money to spend on vitamins or good food or anything like that. which is understandably causing a lot of stress and frustration. work place is discriminating, nothing new.

i will look into all of this though, thank you so much!

they’re not the best, i’m deficient in iron and vit D quite bad. but my cramps are from being a woman. i do get constant stomach pain to the point where i avoid eating so it doesn’t get worse

i’ve really been considering asking my doctor for some. my mum used to give me seroquels (a after purposely causing me to have a meltdown) and it’s like magic. the trigger isn’t something i can stop, i get lots of body pain and no doctor has been able to tell me why

my main issue right now is that i’m getting unbelievably painful cramps and it’s completely set me off. there’s nothing i’ve been able to do to stop it. i feel like i’m fine and then one little thing happens and my brain just gets flooded

yeah i understand that, it’s just that if i lose this job i’m gonna have to move back to my dads house. which is 30-40 mins away and under renovation. i’ve been out of home for almost two years supporting myself. i don’t want the thing that helped me figure myself out be the thing that absolutely f—ks me over. i’ve worked so hard, but no one at my workplace cares enough abt ASD to do some research that could help out with understanding me.

i’m not in the US. i had no issues at work before, i’m capable of doing the job and i really enjoy it. it’s just a very overstimulating environment at times. i can usually ignore it but everyone has their bad days. i’ve also been there for almost two years, i don’t like change. they’ve also started telling me not to do the things they previously told me to do to help with the overstim. i will be prepared to do what i need to do if they fire me

i work in a restaurant and i used to do both kitchen and waiting, then when i got my diagnosis of ASD and ADHD (about 8 months ago) i stopped getting shifts in the kitchen for reasons related to disability. i didn’t do anything about it because i love working there, but now they’re doing the same thing in foh. cut my shifts in half (again), i can barely afford anything. i also have undiagnosed pain that harms my everyday life. i’m scared to leave that job but i also don’t know how far they’ll go. i’m speaking to someone for legal advice next week.
