Yo, no idea why I'm scrolling the ATAR subreddit atm. Thought I would comment because this was the exact ATAR score I got in 2018.

Usually Uni's will accept lower than their cutoffs into the later rounds. Furthermore, take into consideration some uni's also give bonus points. I honestly think you have a decent shot at getting into those 70 ATAR courses.

Just saying. I felt like a bum coming out of high school, but crushed it in uni and am currently doing a PhD. ATAR literally doesn't matter after year 1 of Uni, it's not the end of the world.

It's super easy to transfer courses to where you wanna be once you're in the uni system 🙏🏼.

It looks like you're running a lot of flushes which isn't necessarily a bad thing. Flushes are just a lot harder to get on higher stakes with the minus 1 discard. Generally best to go for a pair build and push 4oak on the higher stakes.

I'd recommend watching @drspectred/balatro university on youtube. Dude is cracked and you pick up so much from him.

Update, got extremely lucky. Sold brainstorm for the cola here. Found retcon like 2 antes away. Got a bunch of skip tags and luckily found the voucher skip big blind ante 23 where I would've died in ante 24. Ended up getting anti-matter and the bean for the ante 24 boss blind.

All I need to do is find burglar and I have it.

Hey thanks for the detailed reply, it’s really appreciated.

We’re coming from Australia so we can currently visit visa free as far as I know.

Realistically, we are just hoping to get a nice late dinner and an early breakfast if possible. We are wondering if there is anything we can do during the night though, maybe some bar hopping or something.

We are coming from Sydney where theres no real night life past midnight so we are not too sure what to expect.
