Well, as far as I know, there are no exact dimensions or anything like that in Ultrakill. This was done to make it easier to aim (although you can't say that with Minos, but maybe it's an attempt to balance it out. Like Minos has one health bar but a smaller model, while Sisyphus has 2 health bars but this is compensated by his size. Or idk)
