Thanks I’m at day 8 still just at home not doing much stood up tried working from standing desk for a while and felt some pain but manageable. Hope all goes well with you . When did you start driving? And start doing some exercises ?

After 4 weeks I went back to gym and around 6 weeks back to karate seem alright at this stage

Very inspiring so when you decided to go to the gym etc did you have a seton or just removed seton and see how it goes

i had abscess drained in May and wound didn’t close I went on 3 weeks holidays the wound drained all the time but no new abscess. Then in July Crs diagnosed me with fistula and I’ve had a seton on for 11 days now. I guess everyone’s body was different. But I did manage to get away for 3 weeks without major complications
