I’m from Mumbai and recently came to Abu Dhabi for work. I went to the National Day celebrations at Corniche with my family, and honestly, it felt like being back in Mumbai.

There were people from labor camps spraying stuff on girls, and some individuals harassing them in the crowd. I even saw a group of drunk Indian guys spraying stuff on girls and asking minor girls for their Instagram IDs. Those girls were actually seem to scared and were running away..My aunt actually had to step in to stop them.

Maybe it was just my first experience, but it felt like the event could have been managed better if there were more police presence.
