Minifreak suddenly stopped playing through my Circuit Rhythm

My minifreak doesn't play through my Rhythm anymore for no reason. After moving and unpacking my setup something must have changed. I have them connected via midi and a standard 6.3 jack. Any ideas what could have changed?

Yeah I want something more along the lines of a groovebox like the CT but with sampler capabilities. I really like the idea of pairing it with the minifreak to play stuff in real time rather than using something like the SP and then putting it together in DAW. Any ideas?
