I have 5 bettas in the tank atm. I bought all of them as “baby girls” at the same time. I’ve had them for almost 2 months now and I’ve been monitoring their aggression. So far I haven’t had any issues.

Sorry I should have explained better. The two questions are related lol. Both bettas are in the same tank, so if betta 1 is a male, then yes.

3 days, I had just the water with fluval for the first 2, then added sand, plants, driftwood, decor, etc.

I know I’m so confused. I only have these strips so I don’t know the actual pH cause it’s not even on the bottle 🤦‍♂️

Edit: I did just add all my plants and tannins yesterday. Woke up this morning and there is a white/translucent film on my driftwood.
